Wow, what an honor it was to shoot this beautiful family! Ann is Mrs. New Jersey America 2019! She does ALL kinds of good for our own garden state and beyond :) And her family is just as nice and sweet as they are beautiful! Check out some of these snippets from our lovely beach session in Sea Girt, NJ.
Remember when you were little and SO excited for warm, summer weather and longer nights of playing outside?? Yea…this session embodied that mood, 100% :). Brings me back to my childhood! I had so much fun hanging out with this sweet family while the kiddies laughed and played the whole time! Family photos are supposed to be FUN, not stiff and posed. And these cuties got that :)
Is there anything cuter than a roll-y poley squishy brand new newborn?! How about a brand new squishy newborn AND his adorable, handsome, 22 month old big brother! I LOVED every minute of getting to interact with this beautiful family as they navigated life as a newly expanded family of four! Welcome to the world, Alessio!! :)
Okay, I am high key obsessed with this event space… The venue is rustic, charming and evokes a sense of comfort. Every inch is decorated with the utmost attention to detail! Not to mention the staff is LOVELY and welcoming. They rent out the space as well as host themed events! This particular weekend was their Mary Poppins Tea Party. My-oh-my, was it a hit. I don’t think my images even do justice to the magic in these kiddos’ eyes when they watched the AMAZING Mary Poppins put on her show! If you have an opportunity to attend one of their events…I highly recommend as you will not be disappointed :)
We all braved the snow on this January morning to capture some sweet memories commemorating RJ’s first year of life. 100% worth the trek in the snowstorm to get to see RJ’s happy little smile and his parents’ proud faces watching their little boy grow! A special thank you to the LOVELY staff at A Milkhouse Party rental space in Elmer, NJ for allowing us to use their beautiful farm!
Dear world, meet the newest little BEAUTY to make her entrance to your northeast corner! Based in Philadelphia, PA, this sweet little family grew by 2 adorable feet in early December. It was such an honor to be able to capture the love between Erica, Alex and their brand new bundle of joy :)
This shoot was to commemorate Emilia’s first Christmas season! We braved some frigid temperatures on an early morning of a particularly dreary day…but no weather could damper the cuteness of this family!! Maybe I’m partial because its my sister, bro in law and niece :P BUT AREN’T THEY CUTE?!
I had the pleasure of capturing some memories of Gina’s adorable baby bump at the Barclay Farm Museum. Ryan and Gina’s first babe will be the BEST Christmas gift, as he/she is due to arrive right after the holiday! I love that they are going to be surprised whether its a boy or girl (my hubby and I are doing the same!). The love between these sweeties was PALPABLE during their shoot, and I can only imagine how much love will be poured into their little babe! :)
Holy FARM HEAVEN! This shoot was one of my favorite to date! I knew that karma was going to reward us with a great session since the weather had this shoot rescheduled multiple times for a month! But this was even better than expected. This gorgeous couple and their SWEET, beautiful little girls were so much fun to work with, AND I’m a happy girl any time there are animals involved in the shoot! I got to meet their adorable, energetic 10 month old pup, Sam. And this majestic horse was nice enough to let us snap some photos of him engaging with the family ;) MORE FARMS AND PRETTY TUTU DRESSES PLEASE!
Yes, fall, YES! The season put on it’s prettiest show for us at this shoot! I’ve known Callie for years through a mutual friend and I was SO honored to get to capture these photos of her and her fiance’s palpable love for each other! We met at Belleplain State Forest and the views did NOT disappoint. Oh, and clearly, neither did this ADORABLE couple! Congratulations on your engagement, Paul and Callie!
Enchanting! This is the word that comes to mind when I think of my afternoon with this family :) They were so outgoing and sweet and I LOVED watching them all love on each other! Owen is 20 months old and full of life and energy. We had so much fun prancing around Barclay Farm Museum on their chilly, sun-soaked afternoon!
I got to meet this sweet family in Elmer, NJ. We had plans to meet at Parvin State Park and while I was down there scoping out the lighting situation, I passed this ADORABLE little flower farm called Parvins Mill Flowers. The owner was sweet enough to let us use their gorgeous rows of zinnias for some pictures! And can we talk about this HANDSOME little devil, RJ?! I mean when you’re this cute, an ear infection ain’t got nothing on you! He was such a trooper for these pictures, even while not feeling well. Oh, and you’ll always score extra points with me if you include your 4 legged friend :D
My husband and I have known Bob and Kelly for years as we all held summer jobs at the same swim club! It’s been such a privilege to watch their beautiful family grow, and the little angel in these photos is their 9 month old, blue-eyed little miracle, Mila! Is she not the CUTEST little pumpkin?! After a thus far gloomy and rainy autumn, the sun finally decided to peek out just in time for our shoot!
THIS family. They were the sweetest little bunch. I got to capture this precious bunch in Ocean City, NJ on September 16. Cole is a 6 month old, active little man who loved moving around and playing in the waves! Randi and Joe’s love for each other and Cole is glaringly evident in their facial expressions of every picture, and it was such an honor to capture this love.
Is there anything better than family vacation?? No one stressing about work, no pressing timelines, just quality time and relaxing on the beach…and treating yourself to ice cream at night! :) Here’s a couple images I nabbed of Emmi enjoying her time down the shore.
05.07.18. The birth of my niece was one of the BEST days of my life. Being an aunt has truly taught me new levels of love. Even more amazing was seeing my sister slide right into her new role of motherhood as if it was always meant to be her path. Here are some pictures of Emmi’s first day in the world :)
My husband, Chris, and I traveled to Seattle and the San Juan Islands in late August. Although it was chilly and the scenery was smokey from the wildfires in surrounding states, the views where unparalleled. Our favorite activities included hiking in Moran State Park on Orcas Island, whale watching in the Haro Strait, and exploring the public market in Seattle. It was such a great trip to wrap up the end of the summer and enjoy some time with each other before the craziness of the school year started!
